Late for Appointment / Cancellation Policy
Ours is a busy clinic and every appointment is filled. In consideration of others we ask you to please leave yourself enough travel time to arrive on time for your appointment. The Okanagan Valley has high traffic volume, especially in the spring and summer months. Please allow yourself plenty of extra time. Your delays potentially delay appointment times for others.
Cancellation Policy
In order to serve you better and minimize cost to all our patients, we request that you cancel appointments no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Other people are waiting for cancelled appointments.
If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $65.00 will be charged and is due prior to your next appointment.
Exceptions are made in the event of inclement weather.
